Everything ships from one place, to wherever you are. Here's how the signal travels.

01 Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Drops and limited transmissions may take longer to leave the tower — if so, we'll say so on the product page.

02 Domestic (US)

• Standard — 3–7 business days. Flat $5, or free over $50.
• Expedited — 2–3 business days. Calculated at checkout.

03 International

We ship to most countries. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

04 Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves. If the tracking goes quiet for more than a few days, that's usually the carrier, not the void — but reach out and we'll chase it.

05 Delays

Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs happen. We'll keep you posted if anything affects your transmission. Estimated times are estimates — not guarantees.
