01 The Window

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

02 Condition

  • Original condition — no wear, wash, scent, or alterations.
  • Tags still attached.
  • Packed so it survives the trip back.

03 How to Start

Email returns@jumpstatic.tv with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send a return label and instructions. Return shipping for refunds is the customer's responsibility; exchanges ship back to you free.

04 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

05 Exchanges

Want a different size? We'll swap it, stock permitting. If your size has sold out, we'll refund instead.

Final sale. Limited drops, archive transmissions, and anything marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged unless it arrives defective.

06 Defects

If something arrives wrong or damaged, send a photo to returns@jumpstatic.tv within 7 days and we'll make it right — no return shipping on us required.
